Nichole Birk, LMSW (she/her), has over five years of experience in social work, with a strong background in case management, crisis intervention, and client advocacy. Her professional path has centered on supporting individuals navigating housing instability, systemic barriers, and complex care systems. With a deep commitment to social justice, Nichole brings both compassion and practical expertise to her therapeutic work.
Nichole takes a collaborative, client-centered approach to therapy, creating a space where individuals feel respected, supported, and empowered to take steps toward healing and growth. She is particularly skilled in helping clients manage anxiety, depression, eating disorders, life transitions, and the emotional toll of navigating unjust systems.
