Helping you navigate life’s challenges, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change.
Hailey Bell, LLMSW, CAADC-DP, believes therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and focused on what matters most to each client. She works to create a space where clients can feel heard, understood, and comfortable being themselves.
Hailey works with individuals navigating life transitions, ADHD, addiction and recovery, personailty disorders, relationship challenges, reentry, stress, and personal growth. She understands that people come to therapy for many different reasons; sometimes because life feels overwhelming, and other times because they simply feel stuck and want something to change.
Her approach draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Rather than focusing only on what is going wrong, Hailey helps clients understand patterns in their thoughts and behaviors, identify what matters most to them, recognize their strengths, and find practical steps toward the changes they want to make.
Hailey believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Sessions are tailored to each client’s needs, personality, goals, and circumstances. Her style is supportive, genuine, and goal-oriented, with space for both processing difficult experiences and focusing on what comes next.
Whether you’re adjusting to a major life change, working through recovery, feeling overwhelmed, trying to better understand yourself, or simply looking for a place to talk things through, Hailey’s goal is to meet you where you are and help you move toward a life that feels more manageable, meaningful, and true to you.
